Your stay includes Joanne's bountiful multi-course breakfast each day. Your hot breakfast includes a selection of juices and teas, fresh roasted coffee, home baked pastries, an egg dish and a meat. Our own gardens supply not only flowers for the table, but also much of our herbs and produce, including strawberries and peaches in season.

The Sharpsburg area includes many fine restaurants and inviting shops. Nearby Shepherdstown, West Virginia, just across the river, is home of Shepherd University, hosting the Contemporary American Theater Festival each July and many other cultural events for your enjoyment.

Within an hour's drive, scenic country roads lead you to Gettysburg, Berkeley Springs, Skyline Drive and the Shenandoah National Park.
